OME housings are a universal solution dedicated to applications where resistance to external factors (water, dust) and mechanical factors is required. They are widely used as a protective element for electrical equipment, industrial automation and electronics elements.
Door reinforcements
Used to stiffen the door structure. Perforation with a spacing of 25 mm allows the installation of additional elements on the door.
Closing system
The number of closing points depends on the height of the housing. Below 500 mm a 1-point lock, from 500 to 1000 mm a 2-point lock, from 1000 mm (inclusive) a 3-point lock.
Mounting plate
Made of galvanized steel, additionally bent to stiffen.
Cable entry
With a polyurethane gasket ensuring tightness of the housing and stiffening embossing.
Right/left door installation
The design allows the installation of the same door on the right and left side.
Polyurethane gasket
To guarantee the housing’s durability and airtightness at the IP55 level, the door is standardly equipped with a cast polyurethane gasket.
Opening the door
The doors can be opened to an angle of 120 degrees. Thanks to the special design of the hinges, they open within the outline of the housing, which allows them to be connected in series.
Profiled body edges
The specific curve of the body has been designed to increase protection against water by directing water flow away from the door.
Material and covering
OME housings can be made of traditional steel (OMEs), galvanized steel (OMEZn) and stainless steel (OMEk). Housings made of steel and galvanized steel are covered with polyester powder paint. The standard color is RAL 7035.
