OSM type enclosures have been designed for administrative, industrial and control switchboards and for the distribution of electricity. Equipment configuration based on the proprietary XT development system allows the solution to be tailored to the customer’s needs.
Door reinforcements
Used to stiffen the door structure. Perforation with a spacing of 25 mm allows the installation of additional elements on the door.
Closing system
Each OSM housing has a three-point locking system with a gear mechanism and a lever. It is possible to install a patent or system insert.
XT system
Modular construction system compliant with the DIN 43870 standard enabling adaptation of the equipment to the customer’s design. The system includes elements such as TH rails, mounting plates, meter tanks, and covers made of insulating material. All with the possibility of adjusting the depth of individual components.
Side cable entry
Used to route cables and bus bridges in sets of connected housings.
Cable entry up/down
Three types: aluminum, membrane and clamp, to configure depending on your needs.
Plinth
It consists of four twisted elements. It has walls with predefined weakening points, allowing for easy breaking and routing of cables, and options for connecting plinths on top of each other to increase the height.
Profiled body edges
The specific body bend has been designed to increase water protection by directing water flow away from the door.
Polyurethane gasket
To guarantee the housing’s durability and airtightness at the IP55 level, the door is standardly equipped with a cast polyurethane gasket.
Opening the door
The doors can be opened to an angle of 120 degrees. Thanks to the special design of the hinges, they open within the outline of the housing, which allows them to be connected in series.
Material and coating
OSM housings can be made of traditional steel and stainless steel. Casings made of traditional steel are covered with polyester powder paint. The standard color is RAL 7035.
Mounting ears
For free-standing enclosures, they provide support, while for wall-mounted enclosures, they enable correct installation.
